In this tutorial we will demonstrate how to have the statistic "Attempt to Steal" have a color which changes depending on the value of "Fold Steal to Reraise". One way a PT3 user can display more statistics with less clutter on the table is by using one statistic that displays colores based on the value of another statistic. There are hundreds of statistics that are available for display, and displaying them all at any given time is clearly impossible. The one with the focus should always come to the foreground and stay there until another box is selected.Ĭan we please fix this one? It should not be hard at all.One of the more difficult decisions in designing a HUD is deciding how much to display on the table at any given time. That's how it is *expected* to work! Currently, I have no control over how theseīoxes overlap. If turning on this option allows any of the six boxes to come to theįoreground when the mouse hovers over it, then it should be trivial to bring any box to the foreground by clicking on it, Windowsĭoes this all the time. However, this just proves the point that it should be a trivial fix. That is why they are outside the main window to begin with. I want these stats boxes to be visible at all times. Yes, turning on Lower Opacity Until Mouse Over works, but that's not what I want. I'm not aware of any other ways to change which is foreground and which is background. Kraada wrote:I would have thought that if you turned on Lower Opacity Until Mouseover that the one moused over would always be brought to the forefront. The only two things I can do is spread them out or overlap them in one and only one order. PT4, however, seems to simply order them in some pre-determined way and Obscure another and you bring one window to the foreground simply by clicking on it or using some

These are operations done all the time with bordered windows on a desktop. Which box gets placed on top, nor can I select one to bring it to the foreground. The desktop and use up a lot of space, or I could partially overlap(shingle) them. The problem is that these grids appear all stacked on top of eachother. No, it's only one table group applied to a 6-handed table, so six boxes are created(one for each player). We're aware of the problem with saving positions outside the table area - I'm not sure what priority it will get, but if you want a notification when the fix is released please open a Support Ticket about it. I believe the 'on top' order is defined by the order of the groups, so you'd need to create (or import) them in the order you want them to appear.

I would "drop down" the detailed stats on players that have a larger history īut the default would be to display all table groups with the dropdown boxes Am Iįinally, one might consider developing a drop-down box for just this purpose. The trouble is, I cannotĪrrange the table groups in the order I would like them to overlap. I am fine with overlapping boxes to cover that up. With few hands played, the sample size of those stats will be small or zero so Many hands played, I can scan lower on the box for more detail. Top are more generic and get more specialized on down. Basically, I have constructed boxes where the stats at the If this is unclear, I will try to explain the reasoning for doing this to make the To the foreground or arrange the boxes with an overlap that I desire. Top of box2, and box2 will be on top of box3. Move these boxes around, the overlap order is fixed.

On the lefthand side of the main window and three on the righthand side. The second problem is regarding this overlap itself. Similarly, I have tried longer vertical boxesĪnd while these will save outside the main window, they will always overlap one I can manually move these boxes outside the main window but they will As theīoxes grow wider horizontally, a larger region of each box will overlap the main The first problem has been described before but it bears repeating here. Will always appear over whatever is going on in the desktop background. I have set the Display Type to Normal with a Solid Background so that the boxes Let's assume a 6-handed game with each player assigned a box of stats in a grid. I am having two annoying problems using Table Groups outside the main window.
